WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Do you want to return something? No problem!
You can return any item for a refund, within 28 days of receiving your original order. If you’d like a refund for your goods but you can’t return them to us for any reason, then a refund for those goods will be at our discretion.
If you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item and place a new order. There's no need to let us know you're returning something, just fill it in the returns note inside your parcel and pop it back to us.
We'll refund the price you paid for your item, including sale items back to your original payment method.
CAN YOU HELP ME WITH MY PROMO CODE?
You need to enter the code exactly as it was given to you, without any spaces. Type or copy and paste the code into the 'Discount code' box, on Checout page.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED YET?
Your estimated delivery date is in your Order Confirmation email – please allow until this date for your order to arrive. It's also worth checking if there are any local delays in your area.
You’ll be able to follow your order if it’s been sent with a trackable service. To check this, all you need to do is log into ‘My Account’ and view your order. If the status shows ‘Track This Order’, just click the link and you’ll be able to follow your parcel. If the status shows ‘Shipped’, your order has been sent with your local postal service and isn’t trackable.
WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR SIZE GUIDE AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS?
We never want to send you something that doesn't fit properly so we have size guides available on most of our product pages.
If the size guide isn't available on the product page, it's because some brands' sizing differs slightly to ours.
Just click on the 'Size Guide' button on each product page or check out our women's and men's size guides for measurements, fitting tips, washing tips - everything to make sure it fits perfectly and stays looking great.
